CMARCH
The company is owned by two qualified registered architects, Aurelio Cimato (B.Arch Wits 1993) and Adriano Moroldo (B.Arch Wits 1999).
Together they have over 22 years of experience and have completed projects all over South Africa Our technical staff component varies according to the amount of work we are busy with and we always ensure that they are trained and qualified accordingly.
At the moment we have in our employ five architectural technologists, two interior designers, and a personal assistant/receptionist.
Our commercial portfolio includes over 200 000 sqm of industrial and office buildings in Longmeadow Business Park alone over the last three years. Some of these tenants include; Goldenmarc, Motoman, World NetLogistics, BoltRemovals, Barloworld Toyota, Digistics, Automotive Leather, Cadburys and Triton-Express.
We have also completed numerous buildings in Linbro Business Park, Aeroport, Corporate Park (South & North) , Kyalami Business Park and Sunninghill. We are currently busy with detailed drawings for the new corporate head-offices for ABB South Africa.
This is a 65 000 sqm development incorporating the latest forward thinking environmental design strategies and practices.
On the high-density residential side we are currently busy with 2 medium-rise high density residential projects: a five storey 100 unit apartment block in Bedfordview and a similar 140 unit apartment block in Morningside, Sandton. For the same developers we are currently designing a 8000 sqm mixed use development in Somerset West.
We have completed various upmarket residential projects, a number of which have been featured in top local magazines such as Habitat Magazine, Visi, and S.A. Homeowner .At the moment we are also busy with about thirty new residential projects in and around Johannesburg.
